The Free Wireless Internet Access is provided with the expectation that you will utilize this service in a lawful, professional and responsible manner.

Free Wireless Internet service is for activities such as the active use of e-mail, instant messaging, browsing the World Wide Web. The service is not intended for high volume data transfers, especially sustained high volume data transfers, video conferencing, Peer 2 Peer downloads etc.

Traffic may be throttled on all traffic types consumed using this service, if we deem it to be abusive traffic.

A Wi-Fi compatible device or a device that supports Wi-Fi connectivity must be used to connect to the Wi-Fi access network, however there is no responsibility for the failure to connect a device to the Free Wireless Internet Access, regardless of the cause of this failure.

It is not guarantee the availability of the service and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of any loss or damages caused by, or arising from, the unavailability of, or any interruption in the service for any reason whatsoever.

Take care of the security of your information which includes, without limitation, data you transmit on the open Wi-Fi network, as there is no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information obtained through the Service from the Internet.

By using the service you accept these terms and conditions you also give the right to market products and campaigns delivered in form of additional interstitial web sites to the browser of your device. Upon connection to the WiFi, you grant your explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein.

 

Acceptable usage policy:

 

Engagement in any illegal or immoral activity.

The sending of excessive numbers of emails or excessively large files which negatively affects the performance of the network or any server on the network.

You may not provide network services from your account (for example, you may not use your account to operate as an FTP server).

You may not employ automated electronic or mechanical processes designed to defeat network inactivity time-outs. Such tools include, but are not limited to, repetitive pinging of the host.

You may not use resource-intensive programs which negatively impact other customers or the performance of WiFi systems or networks. e.g. P2P.

Reselling of bandwidth from the Wi-Fi service will be regarded as fraud.
